1. The Service

HTMLToolz provides free, browser-based developer tools and optional AI-powered tools. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

2. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to process unlawful content, attempt to disrupt the service, or abuse rate limits via automation.

3. Accounts & Billing

Paid subscriptions and one-time product purchases are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions may be canceled from the account billing portal when available; access continues through the end of the billing period. A lifetime product purchase grants the purchasing account a personal, non-transferable license to the offered product and its available updates for as long as HTMLToolz maintains that product. You may not resell or redistribute paid executables. Contact support@htmltoolz.com for billing questions or refund requests; statutory refund rights are not limited by these terms.

4. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HTMLToolz and its operators are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Always review tool output before using it in production.
